Thomas J. Treutler is an attorney licensed by the State Bar of Carlifornia in 2001. Thomas has worked »»in the legal services field in Vietnam since 1994, handling commercial and intellectual property matters. His significant representations include assisting companies in the oil and gas, franchising, telecommunications, computer technology, entertainment. He has assisted in government-founded reviews of Vietnam’s compliance with bilateral trade commitments. He is licensed to practise before the United States Patent Office, U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Court of International Trade. Thomas earned his J.D., magna cumlaude, from Indiana University-Bloomington, and graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S.E. in Computer Engineering. He is fluent in Vietnamese and English. Thomas is recognized as a leading lawyer in IP in nearly all proffesional publications, including Chambers Asia.

Michael K. Lee received a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) »»in 1991 and a J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 1995. He is an attorney licensed by the State Bar of California and was a civil and criminal trial attorney in Califronia from 1996 to 2005. In December 2006, he completed his LL.M. in International Legal Studies at the Washington College of Law, American University in the District of Columbia. From February 2007 to June of 2009, Michael worked as a senior associate at Mayer Brown JSM, Ho Chi Minh City. At Tilleke & Gibbins, Michael practises corporate/commercial, M&A, labor, and real estate law. He is recognized as a leading lawyer in Vietnam for real estate by Asialaw Leading Lawyers 2011 and corporate, M&A by Chambers Asia 2011. Michael joined Tilleke & Gibbins in 2009 and is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
