1.     과세기준


①   환경세의 과세기준은 과세대상 품목의 양과 세율에 있음


②   과세대상 품목의 양은 위와 같이 규정됨


(a) 국내에서 생산된 품목의 경우, 과세대상 품목의 양은 생산되어 판매,


교환, 국내판매 또는 무상제공한 양으로 정함.


(b) 수입된 품목의 경우, 과세대상 품목의 양은 수입된 품목의 양으로 정함.


③    과세목적상 세율은 ‘Environmental Tax Scale’ 에서 정함.


 


 


2.     과세방법


납부해야할 환경세액은 과세대상 품목의 양에 과세대상 품목 1 단위(unit)당


적용되는 세율을 곱하여 산출함.
