Following the success of Supplier Day 2014 – 2016 , AmCham Vietnam and the Manufacturing Committee is organizing the 4th Annual Supplier Day on September 13, 2017, to support our manufacturing members and to expand the list of qualified local suppliers in Vietnam. The event this year expects to have 200 participations of registered manufacturers and suppliers and the support from other Chambers of Commerce, Business associations, Industrial Parks and other local organizations.
Event Description To Manufacturers:

You’ll be asked to provide a list of products and services that you are seeking from local suppliers. Local suppliers will then register to meet with manufacturers if they think their products, services and capabilities match what the manufacturer is looking for. AmCham will then match manufacturers to suppliers and schedule a face-to-face meetings with suppliers during the Supplier Day 2017 event. Access to an online tool will also be provided for manufacturers to view supplier profiles and request additional meetings that day if desired.
Space for manufacturers in AmCham Supplier Day 2017 is limited.
The deadline for registering and providing a list of products and services you’re sourcing is August 25, 2017
To Suppliers:
Join AmCham Supplier Day 2017, your company will have an occasion to:
. Send your company information on products, services and capabilities to all registered manufacturers and have the opportunity to be selected by manufacturers to meet in person as a potential supplier.
. Join the Matching session where manufacturers sourcing similar products and services will be matched with your company. Have the opportunity to present and discuss face-to-face your company’s capabilities with the manufacturer’s purchasing team.
. Join the Networking session after the Matching session and network with all manufacturers, suppliers, and other participants.

Deadline for Suppliers’ registration is September 05, 2017
To companies that would like to have an Information Table:
This year, to offer companies the opportunity to introduce services as well as display their products and other material such as brochure and leaflets, we will provide 10 Information Tables for registered companies.
Table size: 1.8m x 0.45m
Things you can display at Information Table: company’s brochure, profiles, sample products, 01 standee (standee size: no larger than 1.8m x 0.8m)

Manufacturer: 4,000,000 VND for 2 representatives meeting suppliers at Information Table and attending networking session
Manufacturer and matched Supplier: VND700,000/person for additional representatives joining matching and networking session
Display tables: 1,000,000VND/table for 2 representatives (Networking fee is not included)
