MICHELIN CHEF PORTFOLIO

THIERRY
DRAPEAU
, (SAINT-SULPICE-LE-VERDON, FRANCE) –
TWO MICHELIN STARS

Thierry-Drapeau-Portrait.jpg

Born in Nantes in the Loire – Atlantique, Thierry
Drapeau is a great French Chef. is the owner and chef of his own Relais &
Château property in France. His style reflects the numerous travels he made in
France and in the world, paying a vibrant homage to all products at their best.

Thierry
Drapeau has the passion in cooking since he was a young boy thanks to his
father. Thierry Drapeau’s love of food and cooking comes from Sunday market
mornings with his father. Choosing only the finest ingredients for a simple yet
elegant end-of-week dinner is still, to this day, an element in Drapeau’s
masterpieces, which he charmingly showcases in his restaurant “Logis de La
Chabotterie”.  He is interested to share
more decorative dishes and their preparation. Thierry Drapeau did his apprenticeship
with Mr. Lann at the "Le Central" restaurant in Guilvinec, and Mr.
Thomas at "The Manor's Comet " (one Michelin-star restaurant) in
Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire.

In
2006, the restaurant got its first Michelin-star award, and in March 2011, the
Michelin Guide awarded him the second Michelin Star.

MARC
DE PASSORIO (AIX-EN-PROVENCE, FRANCE) - ONE MICHELIN STAR

Marc_de_Passorio.jpg

Chef Marc de Passorio
obtained one star in Michelin Guide 2015 for his restaurant L’Esprit de la
Violette in Aix-en-Provence. This large bourgeois villa is the “fief” of the
chef, boasting a Zen and relaxing atmosphere in an elegantly designed room
looking out over an antique garden planted with century-old trees.

Chef Marc de Passorio is not
only known for combining research, technique and precision into his cooking,
but also his feeling for flavors and ingenuity for his work. Each dish is a new
take on its original guise. He can concoct modern, colorful and devilishly
creative cuisine, which leads diners from one lovely culinary surprise to the
next.

He especially found his
inspiration to work with spices and seasoning during his stay in Réunion Island
near Madagascar. This granted him ability to blend subtle flavors, textures and
colors and invites you to a thrilling gourmet journey fusion between Europe,
Africa and Asia.

charming, dynamic Chef committed to upholding the traditions of his beloved
Provence.

Jean-François Bérard loves
cooking – the passion handed down to him by the grandmother of the family, then
his father. His vocation was born when he was just a little boy. He then
followed the teachings of his father René Bérard - one of the finest
ambassadors of Provencal cuisine - and went on to develop his own signature
style.

René and Jean-François Bérard
remain inseparable and Jean-François is proud to perpetuate his father's unique
legacy. He cherishes his kitchen garden, overflows with fabulous aromatic
plants, heritage vegetables and tomato varieties from all over the world.

LAURENT AZOULAY (MÉRIBEL, FRANCE)- ONE MICHELIN STAR

Laurent Azoulay.jpg

Born in Bagnols-sur-Céze, Chef Azoulay grew
up in a family of epicureans. During the time in culinary school in Avignon he
did his internships in many Michelin starred restaurants in the region.

Passionate about gastronomy, the little free
time he had during his military service was spent in famous places in Paris
such as the Lido and L’Arpége, the restaurant of three star chef Alain Passard.
After military service he worked for chefs such as Pierre Gagnaire and Alain
Ducasse before finally receiving his first Michelin star in 2009 in restaurant
“Le Saule Pleureur” in Monteux.

Currently Chef Azoulay holds a Michelin star
in restaurant L’Ekrin in Méribel in the French Alps.
