Ministry of Science and Technology has drafted the Decree detailing and guiding
implementation of some articles of Technology Transfer Law (amended) and would
kindly ask for your comments on the Draft. We would like to herewith enclose
the document for your further action.

for your comments.

Submission letter to the Prime Minister
is enclosed for your information.

Your comments should be put in the
attached TEMPLATE in both Vietnamese and English and sent to  KOCHAM office at kochan@kocham.kr before COB Friday 5^th March 2018for consolidation.
