Within
the activities of VBF Working Groups, we have sent the petitions to the
Government regarding some recent Draft Decrees as follows:

1.      Petition
to the Ministry of Labor, Invalid, and Social Affairs regarding the 5^th Draft
Decree guiding the implementation of social insurance law on compulsory social
security for foreign workers in Vietnam.

2.     
Petition to the Ministry of Industry and
Trade regarding the Draft
Decree replacing Decree 37/2006/ND ? CP detailing the commercial law on sales
promotion.

We would like to herewith enclose
the mentioned documents in English and Vietnamese for your information.
