JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 
Oversee the research and development of textile and apparel products
Develop and implement strategies for new material development and commercialization
Plan and manage research projects
Analyze industry trends and reflect market needs
Collaborate with international teams and conduct global R&D projects
Prepare research reports and publish papers
Provide technical support and cooperation with clients and partners
Manage laboratories and guide research personnel
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree or higher in Textile Engineering or a related field (Ph.D degree)
Over 20 years of relevant experience
More than 10 years of experience in laboratories or textile manufacturing
Deep understanding of textile and material science
Strongly prefer who has high knowledge and experience on dyeing process
Proven experience in research and development project management
Strong data analysis and experimental design skills
Leadership and teamwork capabilities
Problem-solving and innovative thinking
Experience in global R&D projects
Experience with quality certifications such as ISO 9001:2015
Experience in collaborating with multinational teams
Proficiency in English.
