최근 베트남 당국의 강화되는 조사 추세에 따라 한국회사-베트남 파트너사간 계약에 따라 베트남에서 근무하는 한국인(외국인) 파견자 본인, 소속 한국회사 및 베트남 파트너사 모두 이러한 규정 준수 및 조사 대응 문제를 직면하고 있습니다. 조사과정에서 규정 미준수 또는 부적절 행위 적발시 페널티 부과 및 파견자 추방 등과 같은 처벌이 있을 수 있습니다.

With Vietnamese authorities intensifying scrutiny of foreign labor, foreign contractors sending their foreign employees to Vietnam, the Vietnam receiving parties and the employees themselves are facing significant risks, including fines, operational disruptions for the organizations and fines, deportation for individuals if being identified and challenged for being non-compliant.
